It, uh, wasn’t pretty, but the U.S. men’s national team is heading to the Copa America.

Even after a 2-1 loss away to Trinidad and Tobago on Monday, the USMNT clinched a spot in the 2024 Copa America and the upcoming Concacaf Nations League semifinals thanks to a 3-0 win in the first leg. From one of the craziest red cards of all time, to another Alvin Jones banger, to a Matt Turner mistake, to a two-striker experiment, there was plenty of intrigue in Port of Spain.
