Just like that, another international window is in the books for the U.S. men’s national team. In this October window, the United States had the chance to test themselves in two friendly matches, one against Germany — a 3-1 loss on Saturday — and one against Ghana — a 4-0 win on Tuesday.

“That’s what this is about, us learning as a group,” U.S. manager Gregg Berhalter said after his team’s loss to Germany. “Overall, really good learning against a top-class opponent,” he added ahead of the match against Ghana.
