Sacramento Republic has hired experienced USL executive Tim Holt as the club’s new president and general manager, sources tell Backheeled.
Appointed to fill the vacancy left behind by Todd Dunivant upon his departure for New York City FC’s sporting director position in MLS, Holt will join Sacramento during the first week of March and arrives with hopes of helping the club maintain their status as a perennial trophy contender in the USL Championship.
